Matunuck

When my wife and I were looking to build our “dream home”, in Matunuck, the key missing component was a great builder.

Well, we hit the jackpot in finding Tim and the Grenier Group, through a referral from our engineer. We built on the water, so we had to adhere to FEMA, CRMC, DEM and lastly town of South Kingstown building codes and Tim navigated all spectacularly. We went out to bid to 8 builders and Tim provided the best value at cost per square foot. He has a great attitude and never seems to get angry or frustrated, at least not to us the customers and trust me this was a very stressful undertaking by us. He added “common sense” changes to the architect’s plans that we would never have thought of. Lastly, even after a few years in the house, Tim is still available for the MINOR maintenance type items that have occurred and does that at no cost—long after the one year warranty has expired. You cannot go wrong with Tim and the Grenier Group!
